Employee Ministry Benefit Application

The Employee Ministry Benefit is paid time off to use towards up to five days of ministry for a missions trip or local service project.  Ten employees will be awarded this benefit in a calendar year.  Employees who are full-time and have at least two years of service at Moody are eligible to apply.

The Employee Ministry Benefit Application for the next calendar year is due to Human Resources by December 15th of the current year.  Please download, save and send the completed form to hresources@moody.edu
