Wellness Program

Employees will be given the opportunity to participate in an annual health screening and earn wellness credits over each plan year in order to receive a discount on their health insurance premiums. Full-time employees who complete the required program elements within the year will receive the following monthly discount on their health insurance premiums the following year:

• $15 for Employee-Only
• $25 for Employee + 1
• $35 for Family 

MBI has partnered with Navigate Wellbeing Solutions to build an ongoing wellness program. The new wellness portal will provide you with resources and challenges for making healthy lifestyle choices, and the opportunity to receive our insurance premium discount for the following year.
